PLEASE DO LEFT AND RIGHT EYES
Place Right eye approximately 1 to 2 inches from Monitor Screen and look DIRECTLY at the dot in the center of the Retinal Scanner. When grey area around dot dissappears, the scan is complete.
DO NOT MOVE YOUR HEAD OR EYEBALL UNTIL SCAN IS COMPLETE (You will see the grey area go away when scan is complete)

For security reasons, some customers will request that a photo be taken at time of Retinal Scan, to ensure the Intentions and Bona Fides of their clients.
Please remember the photograph if this is the case.
